Participants included A Place of the Heart Farm from Campbell County, Clear Springs Farm from Knox County, Colvin Family Farm from Bledsoe County, Cruze Farm from Knox County, Good Earth Farmers from Jefferson County, Hines Valley Farm from Loudon County, JEM Farm from Hawkins County, Knoxville Bread Co-op from Knox County, McBee Dairy Farm from Knox County, Mountain Meadows Farm from Anderson County, Rocky Chop Farm from Union County, Spring Creek Farm from Campbell County, West Wind Farms from Morgan County, Wild Things Farm from Cumberland County, Winged Elm Farm from Loudon County, Wisners Farm from Jefferson County, and Zavels Family Farm from Knox County!

Hosted by the Three Rivers Market Produce Department and produced by the Communications & Outreach Department, the store offered lots of local samples from Dolci di Maria, Flour Head Bakery, Haze & Co., Magpies Bakery, Roots and Branches, The Tomato Head, and Yazoo Brewing Company during the Fair, the Cruze Farm Food Truck was here selling some of their delicious and unique fare, and Dixieghost featuring Jason Hanna played some great music live on our front porch.  Over 700 people enjoyed a great afternoon together on a beautiful, late winter day. Plan now not to miss next year’s Fair, sure to be bigger and better!

Funded in part by a grant from the Central Appalachian Network, the CSA Fair is just one of the many ways the co-op is delivering support to farmers committed to sustainable agricultural practices in East Tennessee.
